I am pretty proud of this piece of paper. Ours was maybe the only show of its kind on the air that year, since Dolly Parton had gone off the air a couple of years earlier. I was the orchestra pianist, the rehearsal pianist, and wrote some of the incidental music. But I think the main thing I did to get this was to go grab Jack Elliot and several of the musicians who were otherwise occupied and let them know when it was about time for the tape to roll so they would be on the bandstand in time. We had some VERY close calls. Never missed a downbeat, though.
